For the price you can’t beat it, the pool is clean and usually calm, we got kicked out at around 10 pm last week and they were able to help us even with the office being closed. Nice people great location. You get what you pay for.
The staff is very friendly and serviceable. Rooms were observed to be in pretty good clean condition with no unusual odor, I visited 2 different rooms from sides of the overall building structure. The view isn't exactly ideal but it is close enough to nice outdoorsy areas that are. Pricing is very reasonable for the area and they offer discounted pricing for longer stays. The offered swimming pool is doable but I have seen better. Nearby lakea or rivers would probably be the preferred choice for a touring traveler. Not bad for what you would expect for a rural motel though. Much of the modern comforts within the safe feeling security of being within the city limits. I've got nothing to complain about the place : ).
